Shaping the brand direction
Before a single pixel was pushed, we dove deep into strategy. The challenge? Creating a brand that feels future-ready yet warm. We distilled the brand values — intuitive, human, and smart — into a new creative direction. Everything we built after this had one mission: less clutter, more clarity.
Design principles turned into digital decisions
Simplicity isn’t just a vibe, it’s a design discipline. We set digital rules to ensure consistency across every touchpoint:
→ White space as a feature, not a filler
→ Rounded corners for approachability
→ Crystal-clear language and clear value propositions
Web design with a human touch
Then came the design phase. The challenge was to balance tech-savvy design with an intuitive, human experience. It was about making complex tools feel effortless and calm. Focusing on the product and showcasing the AI integrations and smart triggers.
Building the design system & component library
With the visual language defined, I built out the component library in Figma. Cards, buttons, navigation, inputs – all structured and built to scale. The design system became our blueprint, giving both designers and developers the tools to stay consistent while moving at speed. Auto-layout and variables were the real MVPs here.
Developer handoff with sticky notes
When it was time to pass the baton, we made sure developers got everything they needed. From clear annotations to motion specs, everything was handed off with care. Questions were welcome, feedback was part of the process, and every component was built to scale accordingly.
The result? A fresh new website for Youforce that reflects who they are: sharp, smart, and radically simple.
HR tech can be human. And yes, design can make life easier.
